Job Type: Contract

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $53.00hr - $58.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Ability to lead the operationalization and governance of sales effectiveness programs.
  • Ability to define explicit scopes, milestones, and measurable success criteria for workstreams.
  • Ability to implement proactive risk-tracking frameworks to identify operational bottlenecks and resourcing constraints.
  • Ability to drive operational readiness, including field communication rollouts and enablement collateral.
  • Ability to own end-to-end change management processes.
  • Ability to facilitate A/B testing protocols for automated platform communication categories.
  • Ability to coordinate with analytics teams to implement tracking mechanisms and validate performance against target goals.
  • Ability to author and prepare polished briefing materials, process maps, and executive summaries for senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Define explicit scopes, milestones, and measurable success criteria for each workstream to ensure full clarity of direction across all project leads.
  • Lead recurring operating cadences to track day-to-day progress and align tactical execution with overarching objectives.
  • Prepare senior leadership deliverables including briefing materials, process maps, and executive summaries.
  • Implement proactive risk-tracking frameworks to identify operational bottlenecks, resourcing constraints, and inter-workstream dependencies.
  • Establish clear escalation paths and flag critical risks to leadership with actionable mitigation plans.
  • Drive operational readiness, including field communication rollouts, enablement collateral, and broad socialization initiatives.
  • Independently launch and operationalize immediate minimization actions across communication categories.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement to identify opportunities to deprecate communications and identify linkages to existing channels.
  • Own the end-to-end change management process and drive socialization initiatives.
  • Drive the communications reduction measurement audit to validate framework efficacy.
  • Facilitate A/B testing to deploy live protocols for phase-two automated platform communication categories.
  • Monitor KPI performance and coordinate with the analytics team to validate email volume reductions against target goals.
