Job Title: Senior Program Manager / Program Lead

Job Location: New York, NY

Job Type: Contract

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $27.23hr - $32.23hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Prior hands-on experience managing large technology programs with cross-functional teams in a pharmaceutical environment is essential.
  • Proven track record of leading a specific flagship program, including delivery and navigation of complexity.
  • Familiarity with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of a large digital transformation program in clinical development from mobilization through platform build, rollout, and value realization.
  • Work closely with the Business Owner as a delivery partner to shape priorities and align program plans to business objectives.
  • Build and sustain deep working partnerships with IT and Medicine to align architecture and engineering decisions with scientific needs.
  • Manage a cross-functional program team spanning clinical development, IT, data science, quality, compliance, and external vendors.
  • Manage cross-workstream dependencies, integrated planning, and sequencing across platform delivery and data integration.
  • Translate between scientific, clinical, and technical stakeholders to ensure requirements and engineering realities converge into deliverable scope.
  • Partner with product owners and technology leads on scope, prioritization, and trade-off decisions.
  • Develop executive-level strategic presentations and leadership narratives to align stakeholders around the transformation vision.
  • Translate program deliverables into clear, concise, and visually compelling materials to support strategic decision-making.
  • Own program governance including running steering committees and managing integrated risk, issue, and dependency logs.
