Summary

Title: Lead Scrum Master

Location: Remote

Client : RHI

Job Description:

Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure that these meetings are effective, efficient, and focused on achieving sprint goals.
Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
Communicate to leadership team on what's going on with the team and how they can help.
Identify inter-team dependencies, making sure they are documented and communicated to stakeholders.
Identify and address impediments that hinder the team's progress. Proactively work with team members and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth workflow.
Collaborate closely with the Product Managers to prioritize backlog items, refine user stories, and ensure alignment with product vision and business goals.
Track and report key Agile metrics and sprint progress. Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and drive actionable changes.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between the development team and stakeholders. Ensure that everyone is informed, engaged, and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.

You have:

Great judgment
Excellent communication and a team-first attitude
Demonstrable experience of Scrum Management
Strong knowledge of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and other Agile methodologies.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with Agile tools such as MS Project, JIRA/Confluence.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities.
