Pay Range: $30 - $35/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop webpage and application and quote flows for the client's website (.com) by using clear, concise, and engaging high-quality content that aligns with the client's brand and style.
- Read and analyze business requirements provided to create the necessary content
- Collaborate effectively with business partners and stakeholders
- Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment with the expectation of delivering assignments within a span of 1 to 3 days based on complexity.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- User Experience (UX) writing or content design (6 years minimum)
- Very familiar with SEO, AP style, using style guides (6 years minimum)
- Experience working with subject matter experts and design teams to create user experiences
- Ability to write in a clear, concise, and conversational tone.
- Ability to develop messaging that aligns with business goals and accessibility best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to use constructive feedback and adapt writing style when needed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, strategy skills, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail
- Highly organized, with the ability to work on multiple projects and tasks at once while handling competing priorities
- UX Writing Certification
- Strong Portfolio or writing samples A MUST!
- Figma, SEMRush, MS Word
- Can you please provide a brief description of the daily duties using the technology tools above?
- Figma:
- Directly edit text inside components, frames, modals, and prototypes
- Navigate around the design panels and through layers within a file
- Changing font styles (size, bold, etc.)
- Adding bullets
- Digging into layers to edit specific parts of components
- Checking and editing version history
- Configuring components with design system guidelines
- Financial Services industry writing experience
- Experience using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Familiar with AI prompt writing
- Building web pages and flows using pre-built components from a design system (or at least understanding how this works)
- Understanding component variants and how to edit them in Figma or AEM
- Previous copywriting or SEO writing experience is a plus
