Description
We are seeking a highly accountable Senior Project Manager to support a large, cross-functional program in a hybrid environment within the Frisco, TX region.
This contract role involves driving execution across multiple workstreams to modernize the customer collections experience.
The successful candidate will utilize various technologies to manage project plans and ensure accountability.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute complex program initiatives in collaboration with the Program Manager.
Manage integrated project plans across multiple workstreams, including IT, risk, and compliance.
Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Identify and address schedule risks, resource constraints, and cross-functional dependencies.
Ensure accountability for deliverables, timelines, and quality from internal teams and external vendors.

Qualifications
5-8 years of project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Experience managing projects with multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders.
Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, and Jira.
Experience using AI-assisted tools for meeting documentation and status reporting.
