Pay Range: $18 - $19/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming inquiries from customers, agents, and employers
- Communicate with internal teams, field staff, and external partners
- Maintain knowledge of products, contracts, and plan administration
- Resolve routine issues and processing errors
- Escalate complex cases to supervisors when needed
- Review and interpret records to make accurate decisions
- Analyze customer inquiries and determine appropriate solutions
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key skills: - Must have at least one year of experience as a "Customer Support" OR "Customer Service" OR "Customer Care".
- Must be comfortable to work at the payrate of $19/hour.
- Associate s Degree (Bachelor s preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Good time management and attention to detail
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Customer service experience (preferred)
