Summary

Immediate need for a talented Financial Services Representative. This is a 12 months contract with potential for project extension (and/or opportunity to convert to full time with client) opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Troy NY (Hybrid). Pay Range: $18 - $19/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan.

Key Responsibilities:

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Must have skills: Customer service
  • Customer support
  • Associates Degree, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Time Management skills
  • Basic typing and computer skills
  • Background in customer service, preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and written communications
  • The ability to work within a team and independently.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Receives and responds to incoming customer/agent/employer inquiries.
  • Communicates with customers, field staff, service centers, internal/external sales support and other industry companies through oral and written communication.
  • Maintains current knowledge of contract and product provisions and administration of the Plan, and the processing systems related.
  • Resolves routine errors requiring corrective processing.
  • Demonstrates the ability to identify situations that require advanced technical knowledge or exception processing and refers the situation to a Supervisor.
  • Reviews, research, and interprets records and reports to accurately make decisions.
  • Decision making skill necessary for customer contacts.
  • Ability to identify and evaluate problems and analyze customer inquiries and determines appropriate action.
  • Performs other duties as requested.
