Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Software QA to lead test planning, design, and execution for critical software systems. In this position, you will manage all aspects of QA throughout the project lifecycle-from functional and integration testing to performance and security audits.

Logistics & Process

Location: Reynoldsburg, OH
Work Arrangement: Onsite (5 days per week)
Interview Process: In-person interviews are required.
Compliance: Must be able to pass a fingerprint background check. Equipment must remain within the United States at all times.

Core Responsibilities

Conduct manual and automated testing using industry-standard tools.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including project planning and retrospectives.
Collaborate with developers to report bugs and with customers to refine system requirements.
Execute user acceptance (UAT), integration, and security testing.

Key Skills & Requirements

Experience: 4 6 years of IT product/application testing (both COTS and in-house builds).
Automation Tools: Proficiency in Playwright, Gherkin, JMeter, Postman, Azure DevOps, and Git.
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with C# and various scripting languages.
Cloud Systems: Experience testing platforms hosted on Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Salesforce.
Methodology: Strong grasp of software test design and modern testing methodologies.
Education: 4-year college degree or equivalent technical study.
Bonus: Previous experience with Medical Laboratory systems is highly preferred.
