job summary:
Experience as a Software Engineer supporting enterprise technology platforms in regulated environments.
Proven expertise in Java with Spring-boot for micro-services.
Proven experience of REST API design, Angular, SQL, and CI/CD.
Nice to have: knowledge or interest in fundamentals of data warehousing and data modelling, interest in data quality (in terms of troubleshooting issues), knowledge of Snowflake (for powering reporting dashboards).
Experience helping with delivery activities such as dependency management, milestone planning, and release readiness.

- Ability to help with planning and coordination activities, including scope definition, sequencing of work, dependency identification, and risk management.
- Strong execution and delivery management skills, tracking progress, managing issues, and supporting on-time delivery of commitments.

- Analytical skills to assess current-state processes, identify gaps, and recommend solution improvements.
- Knowledge of modern technology concepts such as APIs, integrations, cloud-based platforms, and data flows, and a willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills to align stakeholders, business partners, engineers, and wider delivery team.
- Ability to balance multiple initiatives and adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining clarity and predictability.
