Contract Duration: 12+ Months

Required Skills & Experience

4+ years of experience in QA, UAT, or testing within enterprise environments
Strong manual testing and defect management experience
Hands-on experience with JIRA
Experience supporting UAT and SIT in Agile delivery environments
Ability to create and execute detailed test scenarios and documentation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to translate technical requirements into user/customer experience flows
Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with stakeholders
Ability to work effectively in fast-moving, highly visible projects

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Experience in financial services, banking, or merchant services
Familiarity with:
- Merchant onboarding platforms
- Merchant profile systems
- Digital/web integration initiatives
Web (and some exposure to mobile) testing concepts
Familiarity with internal banking tools
Experience using Octane or similar test management tools
Strong understanding of customer onboarding experiences vs. payments processing

What You Will Be Doing

Support testing efforts from project initiation through production release
Execute manual testing across:
- Lower environments
- System Integration Testing (SIT)
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Production validation
Create, execute, and maintain:
- Test plans
- Test scenarios
- Test cases
- Defect documentation
Partner closely with:
- Product owners
- Developers
- QA peers
- Business and operational stakeholders
Validate merchant onboarding and merchant profile workflows across enterprise web platforms
Identify, document, and communicate defects, risks, and testing issues
Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, status meetings)
Support multiple initiatives concurrently and adapt to shifting priorities
