BA with Aladdin ADC Data Module

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with deep expertise in BlackRock’s Aladdin platform, specifically the Aladdin Data Cloud (ADC) module. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving data integration, workflow optimization, and reporting enhancements across investment management operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business users to gather and document requirements related to Aladdin’s ADC module.
- Analyze and interpret data flows across front, middle, and back-office systems.
- Design and implement data integration strategies using Aladdin Data Cloud.
- Support enterprise reporting, trade and transaction reporting, and downstream data
consumption.
- Conduct gap analysis and propose scalable solutions aligned with business goals.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of ADC-related
enhancements.
- Assist in testing, validation, and user acceptance of new features and data pipelines.
- Maintain documentation and provide training/support to end users.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with Aladdin and Aladdin Data Cloud (ADC).
- Deep understanding of investment management workflows and data architecture.
- Proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
- Experience with security master, IBOR, and trade domains within Aladdin.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
