Job Title: Manhattan WMS Senior Consultant
Location: Indianapolis, IN (Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months

Certifications Needed: Manhattan WMS, SQL

Must Have Skills:
Experience of Leading the WMS projects as Functional and Technical Solution Lead
Experience of working on the Manhattan WMS application like Classic (WMOS), Platform (SCPP) & Active versions
Experience of working on the interface solutions with WMS.
Experience in PL/SQL, Unix Scripting, and preferable experience in SCI Cognos Reporting.
Experience of working in various inbound and outbound functionalities of Manhattan WMS application like Classic (WMOS), Platform (SCPP) & active versions
Experience in implementing WMS application and rolling them across distribution centres.
Experience in Manhattan WMS application Classic (WMOS), Platform (SCPP) & Active versions configurations.
Experience of QA execution for - WMS & WCS Bug Fix Testing/Functional Testing/SIT/Performance Testing/Regression & Smoke Testing
Experience in MHE integrations and Support.
Experience of working in onsite-offshore model and be able to co-ordinate with offshore teams as well.
Experience in trouble shooting skills and propose permanent solutions for the WMS operational and application issues.
Create QA status reporting defect metrics, Go/No go criteria.
Good to have experience of managing WMS maintenance support projects.
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience of working on FIT (Functional Integration Testing) and SIT (System Integration Testing) phases in a WMS project.
Knowledge of WMS integrations/interfaces
Job Description:
In the role of a Senior Consultant, you will be working as the WMS SME all the way from functional consulting to serving as the onsite QA Lead responsible for end-to-end quality assurance for WMS programs. As a WMS domain expert, you will be the key contributor to participate in configuration discussions, test strategy, test creation, test execution, test results and reporting. You will contribute to business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will be interfacing with clients IT and Business teams to discuss on the technical and functional solution topics, process definitions, improvement ideas and managing client interactions. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding WMS solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Role and Responsibilities:
Lead the quality assurance function for WMS (Warehouse Management System) projects by analysing customer issues, identifying root causes, and defining robust QA approaches to ensure defect-free delivery.
Drive QA-focused solution validation by conducting test-oriented workshops, system walkthroughs, and proof-of-concept (POC) activities to verify functional and technical feasibility.
Participate in requirement gathering sessions and translate business and functional needs into comprehensive test strategies, acceptance criteria, and traceability matrices.
Provide guidance to project teams on WMS configuration validation, ensuring functional correctness and compliance with solution requirements.
Review and validate end-to-end process flows, interface definitions, and system integrations, ensuring complete coverage through well-structured test scenarios and interface test cases.
Define, own, and manage the QA framework including test strategy, test plan, test case design, test data planning, and test execution for new WMS implementations, migrations, enhancements, and regression cycles.
Lead the quality governance for WMS projects across all phases from design validation, SIT, UAT readiness, and production certification through to deployment and hyper care ensuring smooth and controlled releases.
