Role: Lead Business Analyst
Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid – 3 days WFO)
Experience: 8+ Years (5+ years relevant)

Key Skills Required:

Strong experience in Business Analysis & Product Management
Expertise in Requirement Gathering, User Stories, Documentation
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment
Strong knowledge in Payments domain (Payment Gateways, Merchant Acquiring, Card Networks – Visa/Mastercard)
Experience with Digital Wallets, Real-time Payments, Cross-border Payments
Familiarity with Payment Platforms like Stripe, PayPal, Adyen
Experience with JIRA / Azure DevOps / MIRO / Visio
Basic knowledge of SQL and API-based integrations
