Core Responsibilities

Requirements Leadership: Organize and lead exploratory interviews, discovery sessions, and workshops with state stakeholders to document current workflows and systemic shortcomings.
Process Optimization: Contribute to the design of a new intake process using NLP/ML; identify user-perspective benefits and reconcile current vs. future-state workflows.
Agile Management: Provide Scrum leadership and manage the Agile development process to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with officials at all levels to gain support for project objectives and capture critical feedback during demonstrations.
Reporting & Documentation: Provide bi-weekly status reports, coordinate conference room demonstrations, and draft a comprehensive final project report.
Strategic Roadmap: Help develop a long-term roadmap for integrating POC technologies into the broader state ecosystem.

Required Experience & Skills

Professional Tenure: Minimum 10 years of experience in a Business Analyst role for state, local, or corporate clients.
CCWIS Expertise: Proven expertise delivering CCWIS solutions, specifically focused on intake, call center operations, and case actioning.
COTS Experience: Hands-on experience with the design, configuration, and delivery of at least two COTS CCWIS systems (experience with RedMane Technology systems is highly valued).
Methodology: A successful history of using Agile methods to manage complex projects and leading Scrum activities.
Workshop Facilitation: Expert skill in conducting workshops and interviews to map workflows and devise labor-saving improvements.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of developmental projects related to algorithm design, implementation, and testing.
Ability to translate technical ML/NLP concepts into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders.
