You'll make an impact by: - Developing strategic programs: Deeply understand the problem and pain points, identify data-driven solutions that are executable, and clearly articulate the strategy and goals of each program to ensure the capabilities are built accordingly.
- Leading the execution plan: Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure the program plan is properly executed, starting from creation of Business Requirement Documents to follow-through on Go-To-Market initiatives and adoption metrics.
- Operating with excellence: Execute with the highest standards and represent the marketplace across the organization.
Preferred Qualifications: - Master's degree in Business, Analytics, or related areas.
- 3+ years of experience in E-Commerce or related areas.
- 3+ years of experience in leading and completing cross-functional projects, influencing internal and stakeholders
- Strong data analytics skills (Excel, SQL, Power BI)

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $186,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401: The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00
Sunnyvale, California US-11657: The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $202,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
