Client IT Support Technician (Level 1–2) This is a full-time client-facing IT support role supporting one of our client environments in the Princeton, NJ area. You will be working onsite regularly and will serve as the primary point of contact for end-user IT support. This position is focused on day-to-day end-user support and onsite IT operations. While it is not a server or network engineering role, you will have opportunities to gain exposure to these areas and grow your technical skillset over time.
What you’ll do:
- Provide onsite and remote support for end users (desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals)
- Troubleshoot issues with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, and Outlook
- Handle common support requests such as password resets, account access, and basic system issues
- Set up and deploy workstations, onboard/offboard users, and replace hardware when needed
- Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues (wired and wireless)
- Manage and update support tickets with clear documentation
- Escalate more complex issues to internal Tier 2/3 engineers when needed
- Maintain a professional presence as the primary IT contact for users What we’re looking for:
- Experience supporting Windows desktops and end users in a business environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills with common hardware and software issues
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Basic understanding of networking (IP, Wi-Fi, connectivity issues)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple requests and stay organized
Nice to have:
- Basic Active Directory experience (user accounts, password resets)
- Previous help desk or MSP experience
- Exposure to ticketing systems

Compensation:
