T2 Tech Support - San Diego

🚨 We're Hiring: Level 2 Help Desk / Desktop Support Specialist! 🚨

Location :Hybrid 2 days a week onsite at client in San Diego, CA 

Duration : Full time 

We are looking for an experienced Level 2 IT Support professional with strong hands-on troubleshooting skills and experience supporting Windows environments, Active Directory, and Microsoft Intune.

Must-Have Skills:

✅ Strong hands-on Level 2 Desktop Support / Help Desk experience.

✅ Windows OS troubleshooting and support.

✅ Active Directory administration and troubleshooting.

✅ Microsoft Intune experience.

✅ Hardware, software, and connectivity troubleshooting.

✅ Basic networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi.

✅ Strong technical documentation and ticket management skills.

✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills.

✅ Stable work history with demonstrated experience supporting enterprise IT environments.

⭐ Nice to Have:

• CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification.

• Network monitoring tools such as ScienceLogic.

• Network traffic analysis and packet capture tools.

• iPadOS support experience.

• Life Sciences or Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience.
