Top Requirements:

6+ years of ServiceNow development experience, including platform customization and data integration.

5+ years of database engineering experience, working with large-scale enterprise data environments.

3+ years of experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics.

Strong experience building reporting and analytics solutions within ServiceNow.

Ability to design and implement data pipelines, tooling, and analytics frameworks.

Strong experience working in enterprise environments with compliance, governance, and security requirements.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills with ability to work across engineering, product, and business teams.

Plusses:

Experience with ServiceNow modules such as:

• ITSM
• Vulnerability Remediation
• Service Catalog
• CMDB / CSDM

Experience developing Workspace and/or Portal solutions in ServiceNow.

Experience in financial services or regulated industries.

Job Summary:

Seeking a Lead ServiceNow Data Engineer focused on reporting and analytics across multiple ServiceNow domains, including Vulnerability Remediation, CMDB/CSDM, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management. This role is responsible for delivering scalable data solutions, identifying data quality issues, and enabling analytics capabilities that support business and operational decision-making. The engineer will lead complex initiatives, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive improvements across the ServiceNow data and reporting ecosystem.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Lead development of reporting and analytics solutions within ServiceNow.
• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and data engineering tools.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues across applications and reporting systems.
• Analyze complex data challenges and provide scalable solutions.
• Partner with engineering, product, and leadership teams to deliver data-driven insights.
• Contribute to large-scale planning and architecture decisions for ServiceNow data platforms.
• Ensure all data solutions comply with enterprise security, governance, and compliance standards.
• Support ongoing enhancements to ServiceNow reporting capabilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical data solutions.
• Provide leadership in resolving complex data engineering challenges.
