Seeking a
Lead ServiceNow Data Engineer focused on reporting and analytics across multiple ServiceNow domains, including Vulnerability Remediation, CMDB/CSDM, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management. This role is responsible for delivering scalable data solutions, identifying data quality issues, and enabling analytics capabilities that support business and operational decision-making. The engineer will lead complex initiatives, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive improvements across the ServiceNow data and reporting ecosystem.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Lead development of reporting and analytics solutions within ServiceNow.
- Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and data engineering tools.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues across applications and reporting systems.
- Analyze complex data challenges and provide scalable solutions.
- Partner with engineering, product, and leadership teams to deliver data-driven insights.
- Contribute to large-scale planning and architecture decisions for ServiceNow data platforms.
- Ensure all data solutions comply with enterprise security, governance, and compliance standards.
- Support ongoing enhancements to ServiceNow reporting capabilities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical data solutions.
- Provide leadership in resolving complex data engineering challenges.
