Job Title: SAP Ariba Contract Compliance Lead
Location: Charlotte, NC | Hybrid 3x/week

Top Requirements:Proven experience leading and implementing SAP Ariba contract compliance processes.Deep understanding of SAP Ariba Contracts, Sourcing, Buying & Invoicing modules.Experience designing and supporting Supplier Master data structures.Strong background in sourcing and contracting processes, ideally in complex organizational environments.Demonstrated ability to engineer new processes, drive adoption, and support day-to-day operations.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.Plusses:Experience developing reporting and dashboards for contract compliance.Cross-functional engagement experience, especially with technical and procurement teams.Knowledge of compliance and certification management within SAP Ariba.Job Summary:In this contingent resource assignment, the candidate will lead the design, implementation, and ongoing support of a Contract Compliance function leveraging SAP Ariba. This role will focus on developing and operationalizing a process that ensures purchase orders are tightly linked to contracts, enhancing efficiency, visibility, and compliance across sourcing and procurement activities. The candidate will partner with procurement, contract management, and enabling capabilities teams to create a scalable, integrated solution that reduces manual effort and improves reporting.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:- Lead the development and implementation of a new contract compliance process within SAP Ariba.
- Configure and optimize SAP Ariba modules (Contracts, Sourcing, Buying & Invoicing) to support contract compliance objectives.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless data flow and system connectivity.
- Design and maintain a robust Supplier Master data structure supporting contract hierarchies.
- Develop dashboards and reports to monitor compliance, efficiency, and supplier performance.
- Partner with procurement and contract teams to align contract compliance goals with sourcing strategies.
- Provide expert advice to senior leadership on contract compliance initiatives and improvements.
- Lead cross-functional engagement to drive process adoption and continuous improvement.
