GovCIO is currently hiring for a Change Manager to support modernization efforts. This position will be located in Hampton, VA at Joint Base Langley-Eustis and will be a fully onsite position.
ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a Change Manager to work at the intersection of innovation and precision, ensuring every product and service we deliver is built on a foundation of clear and actionable, and well-managed requirements. This position is located at Langley Air Force Base, Hampton, Virginia.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to maximize employee adoption and usage of changes to processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organizational structures
- Conduct impact analysis and assess change readiness, identifying key stakeholders and potential resistance points
- Create and manage communication plans, sponsor roadmaps, coaching plans, training plans, and resistance management plans to support change initiatives
- Provide training and coaching to managers, supervisors, and employees to help navigate transitions effectively
- Collaborate with project teams and departments to integrate management activities with project plans and ensure smooth implementation
- Monitor and evaluate change adoption, track progress, manage risks, and resolve issues affecting the change scope, schedule, or quality
- Act as a coach for leaders and executives, helping them fulfill their role as change sponsors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
QualificationsHigh School with 9+ years (or commensurate experience)
Required Skills and Experience
Clearance: TS/SCI Eligibility
- DoD 8140 IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE,CCNA-Security, CySA+,CND)
- Experience in developing and managing scope, objectives, and requirements
- Familiarity with agile and waterfall methodologies
- Proficiency with requirements management tools

- ServiceNow understanding and experience
- Lifecycle Management experience
