Job Description
We are seeking a Business Analyst V to join our dynamic team supporting Fifth Third Bank's Vulnerability and Patch Automation Initiative. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in patch management automation, vulnerability remediation, and applied AI/ML and a proven ability to define product roadmaps, drive cross-functional delivery, and achieve measurable risk reduction.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product roadmap for the Third-Party Remediation Pillar.
- Drive initiatives that shorten vulnerability remediation timelines and improve risk reduction.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities across patching and remediation workflows.
- Leverage AI and analytics to enhance prioritization, decision-making, testing, and operational efficiency.
- Partner with infrastructure, cybersecurity, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
- Establish KPIs, track performance, and provide executive-level reporting on remediation progress.
- Manage priorities, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment across multiple workstreams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7+ years in technology engineering, cybersecurity, infrastructure operations, or related fields.
- Experience leading enterprise patch management, vulnerability remediation, or technology transformation initiatives.
- Proven delivery of automation solutions within technology operations.
- Hands-on application of AI, machine learning, or Generative AI to improve operational outcomes.
- Broad knowledge of endpoints, servers, networking, cloud platforms, and security tools.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Product Owner, Product Manager, or Program Leadership experience.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, NexThink, Jamf/SCCM, Plutora, Katalon, BigFix, and Qualys.
- Experience in financial services or other regulated industries.
- Knowledge of Agile product delivery and technology risk management.
