Summary

Job Title: Epic Tapestry

Location: Remote

Job Type: Fulltime

Responsibilities:

  • Configure, build, and maintain Epic Tapestry modules including benefits, claims, billing, enrollment, and provider network management.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations and workflows.
  • Perform system testing, validation, and support go-live activities including issue resolution and end-user support.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including clinical, technical, and integration teams to ensure seamless system performance.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement enhancements to improve system efficiency and user experience.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data security standards.


Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Epic Tapestry (certification preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of payer operations (claims, benefits, enrollment, billing).
  • Experience in Epic build, configuration, and testing.
  • Familiarity with integrations, interfaces, and data workflows.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
