Job Overview:
The Human Risk Data Analyst will play a critical role in supporting data-driven decision-making across risk and operational initiatives. This position requires a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual with strong expertise in data analysis, reporting, and visualization. The ideal candidate will ensure data accuracy, quality, and actionable insights while being proficient in Power BI and Excel. The role demands the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business and risk functions.
  • Perform advanced data analysis using Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data modeling.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and quality assurance across all reporting outputs.
  • Summarize complex data into clear, concise insights for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data needs and reporting requirements.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Support ad-hoc data requests and analysis as needed.
  • Maintain documentation for data processes, reporting logic, and analysis outputs.

Qualifications:
  • Strong expertise in Power BI and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in data analysis, reporting, and data visualization.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and ensure high data quality.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Professional maturity and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with SQL.
  • Familiarity with Snowflake.
  • Experience with JIRA or similar tracking tools.
  • Background in risk, compliance, or data-driven business environments.

Pay Range: $60 - $72/hour on W2
