salary: $29 - 31 per hour

work hours: 8am to 5pm

responsibilities:

  • Excellent communication skills, including oral, written and presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with peers, end users, and all levels of technology teams.
  • Good working knowledge of network technologies.
  • Familiar with identifying and resolving basic network issues pertaining to computer connectivity on the network.
  • Communication skills to work effectively with team members, support personnel and clients, ability to work as part of team or independently.
  • New Hire onboarding, assets management.
  • Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving hardware\Software mainframe issue.
  • Installing and up grading software "Bloomberg/Audio Video setting up meeting" and helping while configuring software.
  • VDI, Citrix, login\performance issue. general support with project coordination.
  • Assisting with technical flaw with soft phone, mails, Zoom and bitlocker login issue.
  • Network related issues like LAN/WAN connecting problem network access performance issue.
  • Coordinating with internal and external support teams for timely fix.
  • Coordinating with maintenance agreement for warranty/repairing hardware covered under HP/Dell/Poly etc....
  • Assisting with peripheral like printers, scanners, cabling systems LAN network interface for access points.
  • Supporting team and documenting process and training team members.
  • Technical knowledge on MS AD, DNS, DHCP TCP/IP.
  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts monthly once depending on shift requirement.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload while working under pressure but still meeting deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work in one of the shifts to provide round the clock support.



qualifications:

- Experience in support management, technology operations, including infrastructure design, professional services, end user services, vendor management, support, strategic planning.


- Work with other IT teams or the business to update ServiceNow incident.


- Monitor requests\incidents sent to 'EUT', working with the support teams to resolve.


- Incident and live problem management.


- Proactively identify and communicate issues reported.


- Orienting and training employees, maintaining a safe and secure work environment, developing personal growth opportunities.


- Maintaining the organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining delivering and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies.


- Comfortable utilizing modern AI tools (such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT) and basic automation in day-to-day workflows to streamline documentation, quickly analyze desktop technical issues, and draft communications


Preferred:


- Knowledge of Bloomberg


- ITIL v4 Foundation Certification


- At least one technical certification
