Vision Technologies, Llc, discussed a large-scale data center project requiring significant numbers of skilled technicians. The conversation focused on resource needs, skill sets, safety protocols, and a "working interview" hiring process, with Vision Technologies emphasizing the need for proactive, team-oriented individuals. Both parties agreed to share further information and reconnect in early March to finalize details and begin the onboarding process. Key points 1. Project Timeline: The large-scale data center project, initially planned for Mid April, has been delayed to late April due to site readiness issues and material delays. 2. Scope of Work: The project involves pulling cable and porting within data centers, primarily fiber, with a focus on installation, testing, and troubleshooting (OTDR Fluke) , but not fiber splicing. 3. Ideal Candidate Profile: Vision Technologies seeks experienced, self-starting, critical-thinking, safety-conscious team players who are mechanically inclined and proactive, not just "patch code pullers.". 4. Team Structure: The ideal team breakdown is one lead/foreman-level person (proficient in testing, troubleshooting, cut sheets) for every four technicians. 5. Resource Volume & Location: The work is in Northern Virginia (Ashburn, Sterling, Chantilly, Manassas) with an initial request for 2-4 teams of five, potentially scaling up to 500+ technicians across multiple projects for hyperscaler clients (Microsoft, Oracle, Google, Amazon). Entry level technician: 16 total Key Responsibilities: Pull and route fiber throughout the data center Assemble, stack, and drill racks Scan, label and port equipment Support general installation tasks as directed by experienced technicians Additional Required Attributes: 1. Experience working in physically demanding environments (construction, trades, military, or similar) 2. Strong work ethic and positive attitude 3. Reliable attendance history 4. Hands on electrical or military experience is highly valued 5. Must be able to work on ladders and lifts Lead Technician: 4 total Key Responsibilities: Pull and route fiber, testing/troubleshooting, fluke/OTDR Work delegation, planning, execution Scan, label, pictures, and port equipment Documentation, QC/QA, cut sheets

This will most likely be a long term contract with the ability to go direct as an FTE of Vision Technology once headcount becomes available. Company: Vision End Client: Oracle. also support Azure, Google, & AWS. Bill Rates: We are able to go over $40/hr bill rate for leads, just need to ensure our average or blended bill rate stays between 36-40. Contract Terms: 4-6 month contracts. opportunity for conversion or project extension, based on performance, we are able to request increases and work with the client with labor rate and bill rate increases. OT: there will be mandatory OT for this project. Headcount: Right now we are starting with 4 teams of 5 (1 lead tech, 4 techs) = 4 leads 16 technicians burden: 18%, we will be hyperburdening the cost of PPE, on first-second week and clear after that right now I have that at $100.30 per contractor. Candidates will be responsible for paying for their OSHA cert if they don't have it already ($60) and scissor lift training ($50). (EVP now hold certs) DL: 20-23 for techs, the leads could be high 20s to 30/hr, Target SPC: just need to have an average rate per team be between 36-40 on the bill rates. hopefully that makes sense! example: 4 techs at 23/hr with 36/hr BR, 1 lead at 30/hr with 45 br = average br of 37.8 (SPC is anywhere from 350-390 depending) will increase with OT
