StaffRight Associates is proud to act as an external recruiting partner on behalf of a growing, well-established industry leader seeking two professionals for Electrical Engineer and Senior Electrical Engineer roles based on-site in Ronkonkoma, New York. What You’ll_Do

  • Architect, develop, analyze, and verify Analog Circuit Design, Mixed Signal, and Motion Control hardware solutions.

  • Drive complete product lifecycles, spanning from initial specifications through architecture, verification, and active production support.

  • Execute rigorous circuit simulations, comprehensive testing, complex troubleshooting, and systematic design optimizations.

  • Champion collaborative engineering initiatives alongside cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality hardware strictly on schedule.

  • Maintain legacy platforms while actively propelling new product innovations and continuous improvement initiatives forward.

  • Provide technical leadership, mentor junior staff, and guide critical project planning decisions (for senior-level appointments).

What You Bring

  • Earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (Master of Science preferred for senior appointments).

  • Demonstrate progressive professional experience ranging from 3 to 30 Years (3+ years for the engineer level and 7+ years for the senior engineer level).

  • Master Analog Circuit Design and Mixed Signal engineering, including A/D and D/A converters, signal conditioning, amplifiers, active filters, oscillators, and control circuitry.

  • Apply expertise in Power Electronics Design, encompassing DC/DC Converters, power inverters, and motor drive circuits utilizing MOSFET, IGBT, SiC, or GaN technologies.

  • Navigate complex Motion Control Systems, featuring BLDC motor control, feedback sensors including LVDT, resolvers, and encoders, alongside core control theory.

  • Utilize specialized structural software and simulation suites such as LTspice, PSpice, OrCAD, and Allegro.

  • Apply familiarity regarding thermal considerations, electromagnetic interference, reliability standards, and worst-case design analysis.

  • Qualify as a U.S. Person or maintain the ability to secure applicable U.S. export authorization.

Compensation & Total Rewards

Annual Salary ranging from $100,000 to $170,000 US Dollars structured as a Full Time Direct Hire opportunity, with relocation assistance negotiable.
