  • Partner with owners, plant personnel, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to develop practical solutions that align with operational and project goals.
  • Lead project execution by managing deliverables, schedule, budgets, and technical quality from concept through construction.
  • Solve complex engineering challenges by applying advanced analysis, innovative approaches, and continuous improvement of design practices.
  • Supervise, lead, mentor, and/or support senior and junior staff - driving efficiency through the application of advanced techniques and modern technology.
  • Maintain project documentation and client records to support effective communication, project tracking, and quality management.
  • Travel to project sites as needed to verify existing conditions, support design development, and evaluate completed installations.

Qualifications

You are passionate about:

  • Playing an active role in project success-from scoping and design to management and delivery.
  • Building meaningful relationships with clients across projects of all sizes.
  • Empowering others and growing a team rooted in technical expertise.
  • Supporting the industries that keep our communities strong.
  • Working in a fast-paced environment where each day brings new challenges and opportunities.

You bring to the team:
