Job Summary:

We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant 3 to support the Talent Acquisition team with interview scheduling, candidate coordination, recruiting administration, and various TA projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Talent Acquisition team with recruiting coordination and administrative activities.
  • Schedule video, phone, and in-person interviews using Outlook and scheduling tools.
  • Coordinate candidate interview logistics, including hiring manager calendars, candidate confirmations, and travel arrangements when required.
  • Send interview invitations, confirmations, and other candidate communications.
  • Provide general administrative support to recruiters and the broader Talent Acquisition team.
  • Assist with internal audits, data requests, reporting, and ad hoc TA projects.
  • Manage competing priorities while meeting critical deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
  • Work collaboratively with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
  • Adapt to changing business priorities and proactively support new projects and processes.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma and 4+ years of HR, Talent Acquisition, administrative, or scheduling experience, OR Associate’s Degree and 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience supporting a team and working with a diverse customer base.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and calendar management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently.
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving and follow-through skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience scheduling interviews for a large organization using recruiting or scheduling software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with Workday Recruiting or Eightfold.
  • Previous Talent Acquisition / Recruiting Coordinator experience.
  • Experience coordinating high-volume interview scheduling and candidate logistics.

Additional Information:

  • Fully remote position within the United States.
  • This is a contract-to-hire opportunity; conversion to a full-time position is intended but not guaranteed.
  • Ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced Talent Acquisition environment and handling high-volume scheduling activities
