Retrieval Quality, Evaluation & Observability
- Evaluate AI system performance using precision, recall, and answer quality metrics
- Analyze retrieval gaps, failed queries, and content coverage issues
- Instrument logging and observability for query behavior, index freshness, and AI performance
- Continuously improve content and retrieval pipelines based on telemetry and user feedback

- Ensure AI content pipelines align with enterprise privacy, security, and compliance standards
- Support RBAC-aware retrieval, PII handling, and auditability
- Validate that AI systems return authorized and compliant content only

- Exposure to content governance, taxonomy design, or knowledge management systems
- Experience in regulated environments (financial services, healthcare, insurance)
- Familiarity with multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure)
