Genesis10 is seeking a Project Manager, AI Solutions for a 6-month remote contract with a premier Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM). This role offers the opportunity to lead high-impact AI initiatives within a leading healthcare organization Pay range: $70.00 - $72.00 per hour
This role is responsible for leading AI opportunities from intake through value validation and readiness for build. The Project Manager sits at the intersection of business strategy, value realization, and AI delivery, ensuring that AI initiatives entering the pipeline are well defined, aligned to enterprise priorities, and positioned to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities: - Manage the AI opportunity intake and validation process, ensuring business cases are complete, value-driven, and aligned to the enterprise AI strategy
- Facilitate value definition, success metrics, and assumptions with business owners prior to selection for build
- Ensure opportunities meet readiness criteria before advancing to the delivery stages
- Serve as the primary point of contact for business partners during the opportunity and validation phases
- Translate business problems into clearly articulated AI use cases, outcomes, and scope
- Drive alignment across business, IT, data science, architecture, security, and governance stakeholders
- Support enterprise leadership in prioritizing AI opportunities based on value, feasibility, risk, and capacity
- Maintain visibility into the AI opportunity pipeline, status, and dependencies
- Partner with Architecture and Risk teams to surface technical, operational, and compliance risks early
- Enforce stage gate expectations (e.g., value sign off, scope clarity, measurement approach)
- Partner with AI Delivery Project Managers to ensure a clean, well-documented transition from approved to build
- Ensure validated value metrics and success criteria are carried forward into delivery and UAT
- Remain engaged post-handoff to support value tracking and change management as needed
Requirements: - Proficient in the Project Management Life Cycle
- 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, or business transformation, preferably in AI, automation, or advanced analytics initiatives
- Strong experience working with business cases, value realization, and intake/prioritization processes
- Ability to collaborate with technical teams (data science, engineering, architecture) while remaining business-outcome focused
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills
- Experience working in Agile, hybrid, or enterprise SDLC environments
- Knowledgeable in ML, LLM, and Agentic AI solutions
