  • Partner with data, finance, insights, digital, customer, and franchise teams to source data, resolve analytical gaps, and improve the quality of segmentation insights.
  • Track adoption and business-impact measures for priority use cases and surface gaps or opportunities to the Director and Sr. Manager.
  • Support capability materials, tools, workshops, and routines that enable teams to consistently apply segmentation.
  • Apply agile, test-and-learn methods and continuously improve tools, analyses, and enablement materials based on user feedback.

Success Measures

  • Clear decision-ready materials that improve the quality and speed of segmented OBPPC choices.
  • Reliable tools, dashboards, definitions, and data documentation supporting consistent capability adoption.
  • Well-measured pilots with clear learning, incrementality, and scale recommendations.
  • Measurable analytical support for consumer reach, portfolio accessibility, incremental growth, and system value.
  • Strong partnership and responsiveness across segmentation, OBPPC, Retail Strategy, and Execution teams.

Required Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, consumer/shopper insights, commercial analytics, category management, finance, data analytics, or related disciplines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with experience working across multiple datasets and translating findings into business implications.
  • Solid financial acumen and ability to build business cases and scenarios.
  • Working knowledge of segmentation, pricing, packaging, assortment, consumer/shopper behavior, or e-commerce.
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel capability and experience with visualization/analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python/R, or comparable platforms.
  • Clear written and verbal communication and ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
