Sentinel is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Coordinator with our sales team, you will be responsible for supporting the VP of Business Development. This person must demonstrate excellent customer service and have the drive to grow within this position. Our ideal candidate is an energetic, resourceful, take-charge individual who wants to join a successful team. Candidates must be motivated, optimistic, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and have effective problem-solving skills. They must demonstrate high energy, a positive demeanor and be ready to make a positive impact on the team. This position requires working onsite full time and will be reporting to our Downers Grove, IL office.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role
- Must have Microsoft office experience with strong emphasis in Excel
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have strong typing skills
- Must have excellent time management skills
- Must have strong analytical skills
- Must have strong customer facing skills to contact customers via phone, e-mail and in person
- Must have excellent follow up skills to conduct quality check calls to customers when needed
- Must be able to multi-task and see tasks through to completion
- Must have excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills
- Bachelor's degree is required
- The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
- A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude

Compensation:
$50,000-$65,000 annually
