We are looking for a skilled Oracle SOA Cloud Service (SOA CS) Integration Specialist with strong experience in supporting, maintaining, and enhancing integrations across our global Oracle ecosystem. The role focuses on providing endtoend application support, handling production issues, and delivering incremental enhancements for missioncritical integrations connecting Oracle Cloud ERP, legacy applications, and manufacturing systems.
A secondary emphasis is placed on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) development, monitoring, and support as the organization continues modernizing its integration footprint.
Key Responsibilities
AMS Production Support
- Provide L2/L3 support for SOA CS and OIC integrations as part of the AMS operational model.
- Monitor daily interface runs, error logs, and dashboards to ensure zerodefect data flow across ERP, PLM, Factory Systems, SCM platforms, and internal applications.
- Troubleshoot integration failures, including:
- BPEL faults
- OSB proxy/service errors
- XSLT transformation issues
- OIC connection or adapter failures
- File transfer failures
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA), apply corrective actions, and implement preventive measures.
Enhancements & Change Requests
Work with business SMEs and IT product owners to analyze change requests for existing integrations.
Design and implement enhancements in SOA CS (BPEL/OSB) and OIC (Integrations, Connections, Lookups, Schedules).
Participate in impact analysis, regression testing, and controlled deployment activities.
Pro-Actively monitor tickets and follow the SLA guidelines
Required Skills & Experience
Primary Skill Oracle SOA Cloud Service (SOA CS)
- Strong handson development and support experience with:
- BPEL Workflows
- Oracle Service Bus (OSB) pipelines
- Fault/compensation handling
- XSLT/XQuery transformations
- JDBC, FTP, File, Oracle Apps Adapters
- JMS Messaging
- Expertise in debugging production integrations and analysing underlying issues.
Secondary Skill Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Experience building and supporting:
- Application Integrations (App-driven)
- Scheduled orchestrations
- File-based integrations
- OIC adapters (ERP, REST, SOAP, DB, FTP)
Familiarity with monitoring, tracing, and error management in OIC.
Additional Preferred Skills
Working experience in Oracle Cloud ERP integrations (FIN, P2P, O2C, SCM).
Understanding of manufacturing/supply-chain flows, common in the /WDC environment.
Handson experience with:
- REST API authentication (OAuth, API Keys)
- Certificates, trust stores, and connectivity setups
JSON, XML, Schemas (XSDs)
OWSM Framework,security policies(client & service)
DevOps tools: Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, OCI DevOps.
Experience in using OOTB tools like SOAP UI,Postman
Qualifications
Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
5 10 years of integration development/support experience.
Prior experience working in an AMS or global operations environment is highly preferred.
Oracle certifications (OIC, SOA) are an added advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills under highpressure production scenarios.
Excellent verbal and written communication to interface with global teams.
Ability to operate within changecontrolled, SLA-driven AMS environments.
