Senior Enterprise Architect

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to support strategic technology initiatives, enterprise architecture, business process improvement, AI adoption, CI/CD, and orchestration. The resource will help align business goals, processes, and technology solutions while following enterprise standards and roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, and IT strategy.
• Review and improve EA tools, standards, methodologies, and processes.
• Work with Enterprise and Domain Architects on architecture design and planning.
• Ensure technology solutions align with business objectives, IT standards, and technical roadmaps.
• Review and support CI/CD strategies, plans, and related projects.
• Support orchestration initiatives, including integration, routing, workflow automation, and event-driven processing.
• Develop and maintain business process models, capability models, UML diagrams, roadmaps, and architecture documents.
• Create and maintain As-Is and To-Be process flows and target architectures.
• Support AI architecture and responsible AI initiatives, including governance, use cases, integration patterns, and compliance.
• Review AI standards and recommend improvements for efficient and responsible AI implementation.
• Support business process modeling and reengineering using BPMN standards.
• Participate in architecture reviews, workshops, planning sessions, and strategic initiatives.
• Maintain architecture documentation and artifacts in approved EA repositories.
• Provide knowledge transfer, mentoring, and coaching to internal staff.

Mandatory Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience applying Enterprise Architecture principles.
• At least 5 years in a lead/leadership capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Equivalent experience may substitute for the required education.

Desired Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with orchestration frameworks, workflow automation, integration, and event-driven architectures.
• 5+ years of experience with business process modeling and reengineering.
• Strong knowledge of BPMN and process modeling tools.
• 2+ years of experience designing and implementing AI technologies/solutions.
• Experience leading AI architecture initiatives, preferably in large or regulated environments.
• Hands-on experience with Enterprise Architecture (EA) tools.
• Experience with roadmaps, capability modeling, compliance reporting, UML, and technical architecture documentation.
• Experience working with business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication, documentation, mentoring, and analytical skills.
