Description:
Position: Manufacturing Engineer I - Assembly

Location: Horicon, WI 53032

1st Shift: 1st shift: 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Spend approximately 50% of the workday on the shop floor supporting production activities and resolving operational challenges.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to address production issues in real-time.
Provide direct line support to production teams and ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including updating management on project progress and key issues.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.
Support current production needs through: Project implementation, Running changes, Product design support, Quality and safety improvements
Utilize and maintain knowledge of assembly processes and tooling, with a preference for experience in torque tools.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies at all times.

Additional Responsibilities:

Operate a Gator within the facility after completing required training.
Travel between facilities using a personal vehicle for meetings, as required.
Adhere to PPE requirements, including metatarsal safety shoes from day one.
