AI Project Manager

Introduction:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Project Manager to join our team and assist in the establishment of a new Hybrid Agile team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Artificial Intelligence, Project Management, and Program Management. Experience in the energy industry and familiarity with the generation landscape would be a significant advantage for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Structure ambiguity into executable plans
• Align multiple stakeholders into one direction
• Manage parallel workstreams without losing control
• Program orchestration across highly fragmented workstreams
• Roadmap and "Plan for the Plan" structuring
• Build multi-phase execution roadmaps
• Clear milestones and deliverables
• Stakeholder alignment and executive readiness
• Dependency and risk management at scale
• Proactive risk identification and mitigation
• Managing cross-team overlap
• Comfortable operating in hybrid Agile + Program governance model
• Handling competing priorities
