Salesforce Health Cloud Developer / Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Health Cloud Developer/Consultant to join our healthcare technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions using Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce CRM platforms. The candidate will work with healthcare business teams to improve patient engagement, care coordination, and operational workflows.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, configure, and customize Salesforce Health Cloud solutions.

Implement Salesforce solutions for healthcare providers, payers, and government healthcare programs.

Configure Health Cloud data models including:

Patient profiles

Care plans

Provider relationships

Clinical data management

Patient engagement workflows

Develop Salesforce components using:

Apex

Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Visualforce

SOQL/SOSL

Configure Salesforce Flows, validation rules, workflows, and automation.

Integrate Salesforce with external healthcare systems using APIs.

Work with healthcare data standards and integrations such as:

HL7

FHIR

REST/SOAP APIs

Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and healthcare stakeholders.

Perform Salesforce deployments using:

Change Sets

Salesforce DX

CI/CD tools

Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support.

Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.

Required Skills:

5+ years of Salesforce development experience.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture.

Experience with:

Apex programming

Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Salesforce Flows

SOQL

REST API integrations

Experience working with healthcare industry solutions.

Understanding of healthcare processes:

Patient management

Care coordination

Healthcare provider workflows

Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II.

Salesforce Health Cloud Accredited Professional.

Salesforce Administrator certification.

Experience supporting government healthcare clients.

Experience with federal contracting environments.
