Position Title: Senior Salesforce Developer

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and support scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce development, cloud technologies, integrations, and healthcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Triggers.
- Configure and customize Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Develop and support Experience Cloud portals for customers, partners, or patients.
- Build and maintain integrations with AWS and external enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Develop solutions leveraging Salesforce Agentforce and Data Cloud.
- Support Salesforce deployments, CI/CD, testing, and release management.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions.
- Ensure applications follow Salesforce best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications (Must Have)
- Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 6+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Triggers, and Salesforce Flows.
- Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Experience building Experience Cloud portals.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce and Data Cloud.
- Strong experience with REST/SOAP API integrations and AWS services.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II (required).
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (Copado, Flosum, SFDX, or Jenkins).
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Experience in the Healthcare domain.
- Knowledge of FHIR, HL7, Epic, or Cerner integrations.
- Experience implementing AI solutions using Salesforce Agentforce or AWS AI services.
- Knowledge of CI/CD best practices and Agile development methodologies.
COMPENSATION:
The expected compensation range for this position is $100,000 - $140,000 annually. Compensation is determined in good faith and may vary based on job-related factors, including relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, clearance level, labor category alignment, contract requirements, work location, internal equity, and business needs.
