Healthcare IT Leaders (HIT) is seeking a highly analytical Supply Chain Analyst III to support system-wide sourcing, master data management, and enterprise analytics initiatives for a large healthcare organization preparing for a major ERP transformation.
100% Remote, Contract W2 Candidates OnlySummaryThis remote position plays a critical role in driving supply chain analytics, reporting, and master data integrity within a healthcare enterprise business systems division. The ideal candidate will have strong supply chain operations experience-especially around distribution, logistics, and perpetual inventory oversight-combined with advanced analytical capabilities in Tableau and Power BI. You'll partner with sourcing, data governance, and ERP teams to improve data quality, build actionable dashboards, and support strategic sourcing decisions while preparing the organization for a future Workday implementation.
Requirements & Responsibilities - Strong supply chain operations experience, particularly in distribution, logistics, and perpetual inventory management
- Required experience with Infor Lawson ERP system; Workday experience is a plus
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas, large dataset analysis)
- Demonstrated experience with Tableau and Power BI for building dashboards and analytics
- Background in supply chain sourcing analytics, cost analysis, and RFP evaluation
- Strong master data management skills including data cleansing, validation, and item master maintenance
- Proven ability to lead workgroups and facilitate process mapping and standardization initiatives
- Experience translating complex data into actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and organizational discipline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
