SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) Consultant

Job Description:

• An SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) Consultant bridges the gap between business requirements and technical execution within the SAP system.
• They design, configure, and support end-to-end sales cycles, from initial inquiry and order management to billing, shipping, and final payment posting.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Configuration: Configure and customize the SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) module, including pricing, delivery, invoicing, and credit management.
• Requirement Analysis: Translate complex business needs into functional specifications for system enhancements and reports.
• System Integration: Ensure seamless process integration with other core modules such as SAP MM (Materials Management), SAP FI/CO (Finance and Controlling), and logistics.
• Testing & Troubleshooting: Develop test cases and perform unit, integration, and regression testing during system updates or new implementations.
• User Training: Create training materials and guide business stakeholders through new functionalities and process best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Typically requires 3 to 10+ years of experience in SAP SD, often with recent exposure to SAP S/4HANA transformations.
• Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of order management, EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), rebate management, and supply chain integration.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, excellent stakeholder communication, and proven ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
