Job Title: Senior Product Manager Small Business Payments

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of innovative Small Business Payments solutions. This role will drive the development of scalable Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and digital payment products serving financial institutions, fintech partners, and small business customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own product strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery for Small Business Payments solutions.
- Partner with Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Risk/Fraud, Treasury, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs.
- Lead product development from discovery through launch and optimization.
- Define MVPs, prioritize enhancements, and drive Agile delivery.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and emerging payment technologies.
- Track product KPIs, adoption metrics, and business outcomes.
- Support go-to-market planning, stakeholder communications, and vendor partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in Agile software environments.
- Strong experience with digital payments, banking products, or fintech solutions.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage product roadmaps.
- Experience with web and mobile digital platforms.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of payment ecosystems, merchant services, card processing, or digital banking.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AP/AR, treasury, accounting, or finance-related products.
- Small business banking/payments experience.
- Knowledge of fraud prevention, risk management, and compliance.
- Experience with fintech integrations, APIs, and payment processing platforms.
- Familiarity with real-time payments, Scrum, and SAFe.
