Located in the Temecula, CA area, this full-time role involves leading and supporting behavior technicians, developing behavior programs, and utilizing generic technology tools for clinical assessments and problem-solving.

Inspire and guide Behavior Technicians through effective supervision and support.
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop innovative behavior programs.
Evaluate client needs continuously and provide parent education.

Qualifications
Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
