Job Title: CRM Data Analyst

Location: Charlotte, NC | Hybrid 3x/week

Contract Length: 3+ months

Rate: $43-48/hr

Top Requirements:

MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, MATCH formulas)

Experience in generating weekly and ad-hoc reports

Strong communication skills

PowerPoint

Comfortable handling large datasets, ideally in capital markets or banking

Ability to merge and reconcile data efficiently

Large enterprise experience

Plusses:

Experience with CRM systems (going from Salesforce to Dynamics)

Job Summary:

This contractor will assist the capital markets team in managing client coverage data during the implementation of a new customer relationship management (CRM) tool. They will be responsible for creating reconciliation reports to address data gaps within the system and ensuring smooth integration between the newly adopted Dynamics CRM and existing data management practices.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Create and reconcile weekly and ad-hoc reports
• Merge datasets using advanced Excel functions
• Maintain and interpret reporting data for the capital markets team
• 4Develop concise presentations on reporting tools and processes
• Support CRM integration by maintaining accurate client data
• Provide data support until system integration is complete
