This role is focused on transferring large volumes of payment instruction data from legacy spreadsheets into a centralized system of record.
This is a highly manual, operations-focused role requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities- Transfer data from Excel spreadsheets into internal systems
- Perform high-volume copy and paste of financial data
- Track progress and completion using Excel (color coding, status updates)
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of all data entered
- Follow structured processes and workflows for data migration
- Support backlog reduction efforts tied to legacy system cleanup
