IT TechnicianOn-SitePosition OverviewAn IT Technician is needed to provide high-quality technical support in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. This role involves assisting end users by phone and email, resolving hardware and software issues, and supporting both local and remote customers. The technician will work across Windows and mobile platforms, perform account-related tasks, and troubleshoot a wide range of devices and connectivity issues.
Key Responsibilities- Provide customer-focused technical support via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Log all incoming requests and document troubleshooting steps in the ticketing system.
- Resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
- Support remote users, including troubleshooting remote access and connectivity issues.
- Perform basic account administration tasks such as creating users and resetting passwords.
- Troubleshoot operating system, application, and hardware issues.
- Configure and support Mac desktops and laptops as needed.
- Resolve printer and peripheral-related issues.
- Meet service-level expectations in a high-volume support environment.
- Assist with additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Experience- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Strong desktop support skills for both on-site and remote users.
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems and productivity applications.
- Familiarity with remote access tools and VPN technologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot mobile devices across multiple platforms.
- Experience working with ticketing systems.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work on-site full-time.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred.
- 2+ years of IT support experience.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cincinnati, OH.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $15.00 - $20.00/hr.
