Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. This role focuses on microservices architecture, APIs, and cloud-native solutions, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and oversee application architecture, system design, and data workflows
Lead microservices and API architecture across enterprise platforms
Ensure scalability, security, reliability, and cost optimization
Act as SME and escalation point for critical (P1) production issues
Collaborate with Product Owners to align technical roadmap with business goals
Drive architecture standards, best practices, and governance
Manage and reduce technical debt across systems
Work with Enterprise Architecture, Cloud, and Security teams on solution design & POCs
Conduct architecture reviews and ensure compliance with standards

Required Skills:

15+ years in architecture & system design
Strong experience in microservices, APIs, API Gateway/APIM
Hands-on with Java / Kotlin / C#
Expertise in cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform preferred, AWS/Azure acceptable)
Strong knowledge of application security & high availability systems
Experience with databases, multithreading, and concurrency
Proven team leadership experience (3+ years)
