Windchill Architect & SAFe Agile Analyst (SME)

Summary:
We are looking for a Windchill Architect / Product Analyst with deep expertise in PTC Windchill PLM, strong experience in Medical Devices, and the ability to lead global teams while driving technical and business alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the delivery of enhancements and sustaining updates for the enterprise PLM platform (PTC Windchill).
Work closely with business & technical teams to translate requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Manage and optimize Windchill modules including PDMLink, ProjectLink, and MPMLink.
Support and manage Windchill–ERP integrations (SAP/Oracle/JDE).
Create and run SQL queries for data analysis and troubleshooting.
Drive Agile/SAFe processes, backlog, and Jira execution across global cross-functional teams.
Ensure PLM data architecture supports product lifecycle and digital thread initiatives.
Required Skills:
10+ years Windchill PLM experience; 5+ in Medical Devices.
Strong hands-on experience with PDMLink, ProjectLink, MPMLink.
Experience with 2+ Windchill–ERP integrations.
Working knowledge of Oracle SQL & relational databases.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, SAFe; Jira expertise.
Proven experience leading globally distributed teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration.
Assist in the following:
1. Understand user challenges and system opportunities translate them into detailed user stories, requirements, and bugs. Supporting documentation such as process flows, mock-ups, and system-specific functional design guidance
2. Evaluate requests for technical feasibility and alignment with existing solution architecture
3. Generate fit gap analysis based on current state of system and business process against proposed requirements or business use cases.
4. Lead a squad as the Product Analyst (PA) by setting priorities, defining scope, and communicating the future roadmap vision to developers, testers, and stakeholders that are globally distributed.
5. Educate partners on PLM capabilities and data architecture to develop a clear understanding across parties during requirement and solution definition.
6. Drive production system issues result in actionable next steps that resolve and/or mitigate the problem to business operations. Partner with technical and business partners to comprehensively analyze the root-cause and impact and generate a holistic solution.
7. In partnership with Product and Platform Product Manager(s) to maintain deep understanding of processes and priorities to align squad delivery with value and needs reconcile the backlog priority with competing, disparate stakeholders
