responsibilities:
Analyzes current and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing systems.
Coordinates with business and technology teams to ascertain system requirements such as program functions and output requirements.
Manages input data acquisition, execution of user acceptance, and coordinates testing and system controls.
Develops technical solutions to unclear issues requiring deep analytical review and collaboration with internal experts.
Communicates with internal and client project team members to influence solution design, process, and approaches.
Coaches and reviews the work of lower-level technical staff while managing entire projects or processes within a technical area.
qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 4-8 years of direct systems analysis experience, or a Master's degree with 2-6 years of relevant technical experience.
Demonstrated success independently managing complex technical projects and processes within an IT domain.
Strong collaborative communication and consultative skills, with a track record of influencing cross-functional team designs and workflows.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Prior experience coaching or reviewing the technical deliverables of junior business analysis staff.
Broad familiarity across multiple intersecting IT specialty disciplines.
Background managing technical system configurations within an enterprise corporate environment.
