Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Quality Assurance Analysts and Testers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test data to validate application functionality.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, smoke, and end-to-end testing while documenting defects and validating issue resolutions.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to analyze requirements, verify system functionality, and ensure software quality throughout the SDLC.
- Analyze test results, prepare testing documentation, ensure compliance with organizational testing standards, and recommend process improvements.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
2–5 years of experience in software quality assurance, manual and automated testing, functional testing, SDLC, and enterprise application testing.

Technical Skills
|
Software Testing, Manual Testing, Test Automation, Functional Testing, System Integration Testing, Test Script Development, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Artificial Intelligence (AI)-Assisted Testing

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Agile, DevSecOps, and modern software development methodologies.
- Knowledge of payroll systems, enterprise business processes, and software modernization practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Software Development, Business, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
