Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Quality Assurance Analysts and Testers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Lead the planning, design, execution, and documentation of manual and automated functional testing activities for enterprise applications.
- Develop test strategies, test plans, test scripts, and test data while validating application functionality and business requirements.
- Coordinate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to resolve defects and ensure high-quality software releases.
- Monitor testing activities, ensure compliance with organizational quality standards, and drive continuous improvements in testing processes.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
5–10 years of experience in software quality assurance, functional testing, manual and automated testing, SDLC, test leadership, and enterprise application testing.

Technical Skills
|
Software Testing, Functional Testing, Test Automation, Test Planning & Strategy, Test Script Development, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Quality Assurance, AI-Assisted Testing

|

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Agile, DevSecOps, and modern software development methodologies.
- Knowledge of enterprise payroll systems, software modernization, and application lifecycle management.
